We bought a new home in LA from SF and had to make arrangements for an inspection and fumigation from afar. Blue Cloud took care of all the details and made our job a lot easier. We highly recommend them.

SO HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK! FROM START TO FINISH

We hired Blue Cloud Exterminators to do our termite inspection on our new house and we were so happy with their work! From start to finish, the experience was smooth. The owner is very professional and was super informative and communicative from the start, The team was able to come out very quickly to resolve our issues.

Our property is about 100 years old so we were definitely worried about termites, but they did a thorough job on the inspection, and even completed some of the necessary repairs. An added bonus was the craftsmanship on the repairs- they worked fast and did great work, we were so happy not to have to hire someone different to complete such minor repair work for us.

We also needed a few spot treatments which they took care of and we haven't had any issues since.

We've already recommended them to our family members and will definitely be calling them in the future for any exterminator or when we need to tent our house.

MY TRUSTED GO-TO COMPANY FOR TERMITE INSPECTIONS

I'm a local real estate agent and have been using Blue Cloud for years as my trusted go-to company for termite inspections. Recently we ran into a very unexpected issue while in escrow and we needed to fumigate a property at the very last minute before the bank would allow us to close. Ellie pulled off what I can only describe as a miracle and was able to fumigate and get termite clearance in a matter of days. The sellers of the property were being forced to relocate for a few days and Ellie went over to their house and walked them through how to prep for fumigation. The sellers were already on edge with the situation and having her spend time with them helped immensely in an incredibly stressful situation. The other challenging aspect of this fumigation is the roof of the property was extremely delicate due to very thin tiles. The crew did a fantastic job protecting the roof and the remainder of the property. Had it not been for Ellie and the crew, this escrow would have fallen apart costing my buyers a ridiculous sum of money. I can't recommend them enough!

I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH FOR EITHER A HOME INSPECTION OR TERMITE WORK.

We had Blue Cloud Exterminators out for both our pre-purchase home inspection and to do the termite work they called out once we bought the home.

Their inspection and work prices were great, and both technicians that came were professional, courteous, and nice. Ellie in the office is also very nice, easy to book work with, and prompt on the phone.

For our home inspection, the tech was very thorough and took the time to walk us through everything they found. We had a lot of questions (as it was our first home) and he didn't mind explaining it all.

Once purchased, we had them out to do the work a few months later, they completed everything on the previous inspection report, including repairing some damaged rotten woodwork that I wanted to get a photo of, but I literally can't find the spot they fixed because it looks like new! The technician was quick, professional, and we didn't even know he was here half the time, which is great as we were working from home.

I couldn't recommend them enough for either a home inspection or termite work. (or both!)

Outstanding service.

I was in LA over the weekend doing some visual property inspections and found we had a fairly severe termite problem at one of properties. I wanted to ensure the problem was addressed immediately and Blue Cloud was the only service I found with 24 hour service.

They answered the phone at 8:46PM on a Friday and had a technician at the property at 8 am Saturday morning.

I had Blue Cloud come exterminate some termites from my house recently. Their price was lower than a couple others companies and the inspector seemed very thorough and honest. He did not try to scare us or push to do anything we were not comfortable with. He show us all the spots they were gonna treat so we decided to use them. Person at the office promptly scheduled us. She was really great and explained everything to us. Still termite free. Would recommend them.

Everytime I call Blue Cloud to do a termite inspection they come through for me. I have to say that being in the Real Estate business as an agent for 17 years I've never worked with a more efficient, on time and fair company than Blue Cloud. They show up. get the job done and go out of their way to get to the jobsite immediately. Eddie does the inspections and is as professional as they come. Ellie runs the office with great pride and picks up the phone after hours. Which in my book shows a true dedicated professional. I don't recommend many companies but these guys are top class.
